Nursery Rhyme

Sick Mother Harrington went to the kitchen
To fetch her poor family some food.
When she got there, the Frigidaire, it was bare
And so the poor husband went to Kroger.

(If you say Kroger as crow-zshair, it makes quite a nice rhyme)

Questions of the day:

How long will this 30 minute trip take him?
Will the contents of the bags resemble what was on the list?

Hint: He doesn't have to do these comprehensive type grocery trips very often and the last time he did, he came home with a GIANT can of Chef Boyardee ravioli.

Really?

Thank you from the bottom of my heart dear, sweet Brian. I don't think I could have done it tonight. You have been so patient with me through my sickness. You are THE BEST!

Such a swell guy! Your husband is sure a sweetie. And I'm glad to see you have at least kept your sense of humor throughout the invasion of the nasty monster virus! Great rhyme...I love it!

Sorry I've not commented on some of these most recent posts. We just had our new computer delivered last night and I'm still trying to figure it all out! I love it though. I am so excited! I e-mailed you last night, and now I'm hoping it went through.

By the way, I loved the post about Michael turning 5 months old. I can't believe how big he is getting! I pray he stays well, and that you are feeling better soon. Love to all of you!

I love sending Paul to the grocery store and seeing what he comes up with. Something funny usually comes back.
Although, last time he came back with a whole pile of organic cereal bars that he thought looked good. I'm not sure he looked at the price on them...but, they sure were tasty!
Like Melissa said, I'm glad you still have humor during your virus fighting days.

Hi Celeste! Me again. I just wanted to let you know that I tried re-sending that e-mail this morning. (Crossing my fingers that it works!)

Hope you have a splendid day, friend! :)

Even in your sickness, you still make me smile!

Tried your blueberry muffin recipe two days ago, and they were YUMMY!! And now I must confess they have disappeared. You see Mike and I are blueberry nuts. Put a blueberry in it, on it, or sometimes even near it, and it disappears.

The kids were not such fans unfortunately, but I never expect much from them, and I think my blueberries were a little to sour for their delicate young palates. HA! Too bad for them.

So instead today will be dedicated to what they called the chocolate muffins. In other words, cupcakes with chocolate frosting. More their kind I guess.

Hope you feel better soon! Are you doing the August launch?
