OK. How about five reasons? I am hard pressed here!
Number 5:
Oldest son has become an expert at inserting and removing video tapes and DVDs thus eliminating one of mom's many jobs. His new found love is the remote!
Number 4:
I challenge anyone to find cleaner towels, quilts and pillowcases anywhere!
Number 3:
If mom decides to step outside in the back or take a break upstairs, nobody follows. They are all glued to the T.V. set.
Number 2:
My need to vacuum the kitchen floor and wipe down the table has been reduced to next to nothing. We haven't used it much!
Number 1:
I do not feel one bit guilty for making a second pot of coffee. Right about........NOW!
Actually, I would trade any and all of these "benefits" for laughing, playing children and NO T.V. Hey, I'll even taking arguing, playing children at this point.

Oh, no! Jacob, too? Perhaps you'll find he does just as Alex did, and may be up and playing by tomorrow or at least by Sunday. I will certainly pray for a speedy end to his being sick, and a continued prayer for Michael. I still say he will be fine through all of this, especially because you are not sick and you are the main one who is close to him.
Dear friend, it will all be over soon. Life WILL return to normal! And then we'll have a quilt/coffee night and all will be right with the world. :)
Oh, Celeste. How I feel for you! And for your poor sweet kiddos who just can't seem to beat this thing! We know that it can't last forever, but it's so hard when you're right in the middle of it all. I will keep you all in my prayers, especially little Michael. Hopefully, with the many benefits of breastfeeding, he at least will be spared! Hang in there, friend!
